Dr. Kai Lukoff is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Santa Clara University. With a team of 40 energetic students, Dr. Lukoff transforms the historical backdrop of Santa Clara University into a 'living laboratory' for novel XR interactions. His projects range from Augmented Reality (AR) walking tours that provide insight into the campus's past through the lens of the Ohlone Native American People to Virtual Reality (VR) experiences where current students narrate immersive tours of the campus for prospective students worldwide. 

Dr. Lukoff is an award-winning researcher in the field of human-computer interaction, with a B.A. from Stanford University and Ph.D. from the University of Washington. His work reveals hidden histories, provokes critical reflection, and imagines a future where justice prevails.
